DIRECTIONS: Our matte liquid lipstick works very effectively when you apply a thin layer (not a thick layer). A little goes a long way! So start by removing any excess on the lip wand back into the tube, then apply a thin layer outlining your lips, rub your lips together and then let it set. That’s all you need!
